LEAP’s chairman is Mr. I.V. Naidu, a Masters in Education from Karnataka University having topped in the same. He was doing his PhD in Educational Psychology from MS University Baroda when he changed his line and joined as a probationary officer with a Nationalized bank. His love for education field made him inspire a lot people to enter the teaching field, including the promoter of the project Ms. Lalitha Naidu. He is a well read person, a poet, and a great writer. He has a mission and zeal to ensure that all the children in this country receive quality education.

   

Leap has been promoted by Lalitha Naidu eminent educationist of long years of standing in the field of education. She sums up her own existence in the field of education in three words – Purpose, passion and Pedagogy. She has been a teacher, headed schools for 16 years, worked with Aga Khan Eduction Servce, India, as the education officer and regional head. She was also the secretary for Indian association for preschool education a national level body which strives to bring about paradigm shift in the area of preschool education. She is backed by a group of equally eminent educationists all of whom have worked with her closely as a team.

   

Vijaya Lakshmi Vanguri (Vice President of LEAP) , Vijaya Lakshmi has worked for almost two decades in the field of education. She has been associated with some of the best national NGOs and local education institutions.  She brings very valuable experience of teaching practices and academics to the senior management team of leap. She has been at the fore front of heading education programs and teacher training for various govt. and non-govt. institutions
